God’s First Response to Habakkuk
In God's response to Habakkuk's first complaint, He reveals to the prophet that He is about to raise up the Babylonians to discipline His wayward people. Through God's surprising answer, we are taught two things: 1) A Theology of God's Voice and 2) A Theology of God's Supremacy.
