Elders & Wives
PCC believes in a plurality of elders (or pastors) as modeled by the early church in New Testament of the Bible. Practically, this means we aim to lead and make decisions as one team, and serve in various capacities as one team along with our wives who play a vital role in the leadership of the church.

Doug Fell
Doug and Claire Fell lead the team that launched Parkhurst Community Church in 2013. Prior to that Doug served for several years at Rosebank Union Church before heading off to the USA for a year of church planting preparation. They have a busy family life with 3 delightful kids who keep them on their toes. They are both born and bred Joburgers’, and love serving God in this crazy city and seeing what He is up to. When they’re not busy with church stuff, they love getting away to the bush and they are both known to have an above average love of coffee.

Tono Pinillos
Tono and Francoise have been married since 2010 and are parents to 3 wonderful children. They love spending time with family and friends, and enjoy building relationships that are deep and meaningful. Tono is a full time investment professional and Francoise is a medical doctor, and while they love their vocations, they consider it a deep joy and privilege to serve God’s church at PCC.

Dave Jones
Dave and Talya have been part of the PCC story from the beginning, having joined the launch team while dating. Shortly into the church plant, they got engaged and have been married since 2014. They have 3 amazing young kids who are an absolute joy to parent. Dave joined the staff team in 2017 after his theological and church planting studies, and serves this church family as the Executive Pastor. Dave and Tals grew up in Joburg and trust God to continue capturing this wonderful city with the message of grace in Jesus. As a family they love the beach, a braai and the odd dance party in the kitchen.
