If you’re new to the area, looking for answers, or searching for a fresh start, our Sunday services are a great place to start.​

At Parkhurst Community Church, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly, casual environment by people who are excited to see you. We want you to have an idea of what to expect when you arrive on a Sunday. All you have to do from here is come as you are and find out more for yourself!

    ARRIVE

    Join us at 9:00 AM at Parkhurst Primary School on Sunday morning. Dress casually or dress up, but come as you are! Please come early so we can meet you and help you get oriented!

    Parkhurst Community Church is located at 99 15th Street Parkhurst, JHB. If you’re driving in, please make sure to park on the field as we have dedicated staff to watch your car there.

    There will be signs to guide you from the field down to our courtyard where you can be greet and get some tea/coffee. On your way in to the auditorium, be sure to pick up a welcome pack.

  • HAVE KIDS?

    We look forward to meeting your kids! We have dedicated programs for different age groups from 1-18 years old. For mom’s with babies, there is also a dedicated moms room with a video feed of the service.

    The signs and welcome team will guide you to the different classrooms where you ca drop off your kids. In order to ensure the highest level of safety for our children, we run require Police Clearance certificate’s for all children’s ministry workers and utilise an electronic check-in/check-out system each week. Your kids will be safe and loved with us!

    Note Note

    SINGING

    When you visit our church, you’ll find that our singing is both rooted in Scripture and alive with the Spirit. We love to lift our voices together—with both old hymns and modern songs—all with the aim of exalting Christ. Our focus isn’t performance, but worship: declaring God’s truth, stirring our hearts with His promises, and opening ourselves to the Spirit’s leading as we respond in joy, reverence, and love.

  • PREACHING

    When you visit, you’ll hear preaching that is anchored in the Bible, alive with the Spirit, and aimed at shaping disciples on mission. We open God’s Word carefully and faithfully, believing the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and that every part of it points us toward Jesus. Here at PCC you will find preaching that is faithful to God’s Word and has application for all of life. Each message seeks not just to inform the mind, but to stir the heart and call us to live out the gospel in everyday life.

    GET CONNECTED

    Community Groups, ministries, and service teams are great ways to use your talents and get to know new people. There are many opportunities for connection, and we’d love to have you join us!

    We know that getting to know people, building friendships, and finding your niche can be a bit daunting. But we think that you’ll find the members at PCC to be welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Start by coming on a Sunday morning and we can then go from there.
